Retail ready is an application that Brandfox utilizes to stay in retailers compliance on every wholesale shipment. The data is then stored and can be used for proof of compliance later on if a retailer issues you a chargeback.   

This data enhances our model, tailoring your packing process with extra validation checks. Retail Ready is directly connected to SPS so that with each update to your retailers compliance retail ready updates the shipping instructions in the app to insure it is packaged and shipped correctly.

If retailers receive a non-compliant order, they issue a chargeback to brands. On average, 3% of a brand’s gross invoice amount is deducted due to chargebacks, resulting in an estimated $40B worth of retailer chargebacks per year.
